Russell Byham has worked within the fitness industry since 2004 in gyms, health clubs and spas in Essex and London. Since 2010 he has run MiBootcamp. Russell worked from 2008 to 2009 as Fitness Director on luxury ocean liners cruising in South, Central and North America and the Caribbean. This also involved lectures at sea on fitness related topics.Russell has had many successes during his time as a personal trainer and continues to train while running MiBootCamp in Chelmsford
Russell's passion lies primarily in health, wellness and weight loss and over the years he has worked with many types of clients from those with arthritis and obesity to professional athletes.In 2010 Russell was asked to be a Personal Trainer by TV personality Steve Miller on Sky 1’s ‘Fat Families’. In the same year Russell was also asked to be a judge at the British fitness championships held in London.In 2011 Russell contributed to sections in the published book “ From Fat to Fit “ based on the Sky’s ‘Fat Families’ and continues to present nutritional and fitness seminars throughout the South East.
In November 2013 Russell and MiBootcamp hosted a charity event for the HOOP obesity charity and welcomed its patron Jessie Pavelka - the top American Celebrity Trainer well-known for his TV work in both the USA and UK – to the event which raised over £5k for the charity. Alongside his commitment to MiBootcamp Russell remains a sought after personal trainer with a committed regular client list across mid-Essex and even accross the globe heping many cleints transform there bodies in just 3 months. He is always keen to help everybody who wants to make effective changes and help improve there fatloss, muscles tone while building confidence and belief in themselves
